Eurasia Foundation prepares rising leaders to grow into proactive, informed, and engaged global citizens. Through fellowships, grants, exchanges, and online and in-person learning, we help people identify and organize themselves around issues of concern, such as social inclusion, mental health, education, and environmental harm. Our programs encourage confidence, self-awareness, critical reflection, and inclusive action, and emphasize critical skills such as leadership, coalition-building, decision-making, conflict management, and teamwork.
