| Human Resource Management Instructor for Online Social Entrepreneurship (OSE) | The Online Social Entrepreneurship program of the Eurasia Foundation seeks a Farsi-language instructor for the Human Resource Management online course. The instructor will be responsible for providing virtual training to a group of Iranian remote trainees. The course should be presented in a manner to facilitate the development of entrepreneurship and HR management skills among a cohort of Iranian social entrepreneurs. |
| Program Manager, Tunisia | The Program Manager is responsible for overall programmatic and financial operations in-country and will provide technical leadership on civil society organization (CSO) advocacy and policy reform. The Program Manager will be responsible for sub-grantee management and coordination with relevant program stakeholders, including government and non-governmental partners. |

The instructor will be responsible for providing virtual training to a group of remote trainees. The course begins April 2012 and aims to increase leadership skills and confidence amongst potential young leaders, while creating a support network to share practice and experience. |
| Course Administrator for Parto Program | The Course Administrator monitors student engagement and networking to identify opportunities for further collaboration, learning and activity. S/he identifies when key connections and learning occur in courses. S/he ensures that courses take place smoothly and efficiently, that all course deadlines are met and all course communications are effective and timely to help students meet the requirements of the courses. The Course Administrator manages enrollment of the students in each course, ensures weekly updates, communication with the instructors, and conducts other tasks as necessary. |
| Graphic Designer | Eurasia Foundation (EF), a private grant-making organization that works with local foundations in the Eurasia Region, seeks a graphic designer with proficiency in Persian language design to serve as a consultant over a six month period with possibility for extension. The consultant will design images, website layout, and print layout as needed on a task order basis. |
| Rule of Law Course Expert for Civic Education Program | he Civic Education program of the Eurasia Foundation seeks an expert for the five week long “Rule of Law” course. The expert will be responsible for developing the course curriculum in a manner that is practical, engaging and participatory. The objective of the course is to educate teachers about the basic tenets of equality, fairness, and due process to obtain solutions. The course will demonstrate the government’s role in obeying and enforcing the rule of law along with citizens’ role in maintaining the rule of law and demanding it from their government. |
| Proposal Writers | Eurasia Foundation (EF), a US-based public charitable organization promoting civil society, independent media, and local government development, is accepting applications for Proposal Writers to respond to USAID Request of Applications (RFAs) in the former Soviet Union and Middle East. Applicants must have technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: institution-building, civic engagement, CSO advocacy, elections, youth development, and gender issues. | Critical Thinking, Tolerance, and Life Skills Expert for Civic Education Program | The Civic Education program of the Eurasia Foundation seeks an expert to write the curriculum and teach for the eight week long Critical Thinking, Tolerance, and Life Skills online course. The expert will be responsible for developing the course curriculum and teach the course in a manner that is practical, engaging and participatory. |
