East Europe Foundation (EEF) Ukraine supports the social and economic development of communities throughout Ukraine by mobilizing resources, strengthening communities, and supporting community-government partnerships. Since 2007, EEF Ukraine’s priorities have included local economic and social development, civil society participation in policy formation and monitoring, and ecology and energy efficiency.
