The Young Professionals Network: Ilya Lozovsky’s Story

How does EF help cultivate the next generation of professionals working on the Eurasia region? Ilya Lozovsky, a Boston native, had just moved to Washington, DC when he joined EF’s 2013-14 Young Professionals Network (YPN). After connecting with Foreign Policy editor Christian Caryl at a YPN-sponsored writing workshop, he was able to secure a position as an assistant editor at Democracy Lab. Today he considers himself lucky to be able to help people in countries undergoing democratic transitions tell their stories. Hear what he has to say about his life-changing experience with YPN.
