Ulstrup’s experience spans from general management of multi-divisional enterprises (~4500 people, ~$1.5B/year in revenue) to one-on-one consulting to senior executives faced with critical business and mission transformation challenges. He has led the launch and ramp-up of multiple new lines of business powered by emerging information technology.

He is an executive-in-residence at American University’s Kogod School of Business, where he teaches MBA students how to use data and emerging information technology (IT) to gain a competitive advantage and capitalize on opportunities for profitable customer growth.
