Blair Kaine is an accomplished educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Head of School for Institutional Advancement at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School. She specializes in strategic communications and philanthropy. 

Kaine worked in Russia and Ukraine from 1991 to 2004, providing marketing and representational services for western investors in the former Soviet Republics, and opening offices in Kyiv for two Fortune 500 companies. As Director of Development at the Eurasia Foundation, she was responsible for supplementing core funding from USAID with non-USG revenue.

With three decades of experience, Kaine has directed major fundraising campaigns while cultivating strategic partnerships for institutional sustainability and growth. In 2013, the Association of Fundraising Professionals named her Fundraiser of the Year for the Capitol Region. She received degrees from Vanderbilt University and Stanford University in Russian and East European Studies.
