Governments are made up of people who are organized to respond to the needs of their fellow citizens, but do they have the capacity and tools necessary to be effective? Human capital is one of the greatest assets––and challenges–– of the civil service. How are we preparing tomorrow’s public sector leaders to fulfill these roles and what tools will they use to ensure workforce effectiveness? This discussion will explore how to inspire and change the culture of the civil service, including incentives, motivation and productivity of government personnel.
