Summary 

Eurasia Foundation (EF), a US non-profit organization promoting social entrepreneurship development and good governance, is accepting applications from profit and non-profit organizations and individual experts with experience in social entrepreneurship to support  initiatives for a Social Enterprise Incubation (SEI) Model Designer for the EF Social Enterprise Accelerator Initiative (SEAI) in Uzbekistan. The incubator will incorporate a range of components, including training courses, one-on-one mentorship, networking opportunities, and financial support for participating organizations. 

Duties

• Develop SEI curriculum for a number of activities, including a two-day in-person kickoff pitch workshop, an eight-week online Business Planning course, a four-week Inclusive Management online course, and a six-week Financial Management online course.
• Develop online courses that clarify social entrepreneurship and inspire innovation among SEI participants, using a mix of verbal and visual elements, employing diverse mediums like videos, audio, and case studies for a comprehensive learning experience. Courses must demonstrate practical business modeling skills through real-world case analyses and design a rigorous online test to assess participants' knowledge thoroughly.
• Develop a module and an agenda of online informational session to attract highly motivated candidates for the SEI.
• Develop selection criteria for the SEI that can include, but not be limited to the description of the socially vulnerable group(s) the social entrepreneur serves; clarity of the business concept the social entrepreneur wants to develop; a commitment to take part in all the activities of the incubator.
• Conduct two online informational sessions to attract highly motivated candidates for the SEI.
• Develop a concept of nationwide, virtual network for the SEI participants and alumni.

 Qualifications 

• At least five years of experience working in social entrepreneurship or relevant areas.
• Knowledge of regional or international best practices on social entrepreneurship technologies and models.
• Knowledge, practical skills and experience in the development of innovative social projects and their implementation.
• Knowledge of regional or international best practices in online course technologies and models.
• Experience in utilizing an interactive approach in delivering training and seminars.
• Master's degree or PhD in Business Training or other relevant area.
• Verbal and written communications skills in Uzbek required.
• Knowledge of English or Russian is a plus.

Short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview. 

*Note: SEI Model Designer may be based in any country. However, if online courses are developed in English or Russian, EF anticipates that final core content must be available in Uzbek language prior to course launch.
