Salary is commensurate with experience. Starting salary within the range provided is based on the candidate's relevant experience and skills for the role.

The Program Associate will be a member of EF’s Education Leadership and Exchange team will coordinate fellowships and exchanges for participants of programs under the Education, Leadership, and Exchange department, conduct research and present recommendations to senior staff members, draft a variety of technical documents (including annual reports, workplans, and press releases), communicate with program participants, support EF’s grants management and monitoring and evaluation efforts, assist with ELE’s business development efforts, and perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Function
- Coordination of ELE’s Media and professional fellowships portfolio
- Assist with evaluation, design, strategy development, and proposed activities of ELE’s media portfolio
- Support administration of grants management (GLM), payment (Serenic Navigator), and agreement initiative (DocuSign) software
- Support the development of administrative processes in Microsoft SharePoint
- Assist with program data collection, cleansing, and entry
- Conduct or coordinate research efforts of ELE department
- Organize and facilitate in-person and online events, meetings, and capacity-building activities
- Maintain frequent contact with project participants
- Ensure project compliance with relevant rules and regulations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in international relations or related field required
Qualifications/Experience
- Strong research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are required
- Advanced MS Office experience required
- Fluency in writing, speaking, and reading in English and Russian is required
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines while quickly producing high-quality work is essential
