Eurasia Foundation (EF) accepts applications for a part-time Administrative Assistant consultancy position. As a consultant of EF’s Innovative Technology Solution team, the Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide backstopping support for the Foundation’s portfolio of Our Voice initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the consultant contributes to the successful implementation of the courses of highly innovative programs.
Support the course facilitator in fostering a collaborative, open environment for discussion, critique, and learning during course chat sessions;
Support the course facilitator in fostering a culture of focused goal setting, and practical steps for achieving those goals;
Actively engage with students during chat sessions and respond to their questions and comments in a timely manner;
Monitor students’ involvement in the course, particularly in thechat sessions of the course, and foster participation with the goal that all students participate in chat sessions;
The co-facilitator should guide participants on how to engage their community in the course of their advocacy projects;
The co-facilitator should be available to meet participants in one-on-one coaching sessions, as needed based on the request of the project staff and provide guidance;
Produce original articles, guides, and/or profiles related to teacher's advocacy, education policy, and advocacy, or any related topic in consultation with program staff;
Translate and proofread educational materials for the website into Persian.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask, work in team settings and perform under time-sensitive deadlines.
Fluency in English and Farsi is required.
Bachelor’s degree in international development, international affairs, or another relevant field is required.
