US-Russia Social Expertise Exchange Program Calls for Proposals for Cross-Cultural Projects on Environmental Learning and Social Inclusion for Persons with Disabilities

Eurasia Foundation’s US-Russia Social Expertise Exchange program is pleased to launch our 2017-2018 project competition.

Teams composed of Russian and American organizations or higher education institutions are invited to propose innovative bilateral initiatives that benefit the people of both countries and address a common issue concerning either environmental learning or social inclusion of persons with disabilities.
