Nydia Clayton is a partner at Deloitte Consulting and specializes in IT modernization. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as ITIL certified. Clayton has 15+ years’ experience in IT strategy, systems engineering, IT service management, and solution design/architecture. She helps her clients rationalize their IT portfolio to realize cost savings; design and deliver IT services to more effectively meet mission demand; improve operations and customer service delivery; and define a strategy and roadmap to modernize their enterprise IT across the federal government.

Clayton graduated from MIT with her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a minor in Science, Technology, and Society. She also holds a Master of Science in Information Security from Johns Hopkins University.
