Eurasia Foundation (EF) is accepting applications for a skilled Alumni Facilitator to conduct and oversee alumni activities and services. The facilitator is responsible for all communications for virtual learning and networking for a cohort of civil society leaders and advocates.  The Alumni Facilitator will support CSO leaders by identifying and weighing alternate solutions to issues relating to women’s rights advocacy, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation while enabling them to sustain and advance their advocacy campaigns. EF is seeking individuals with experience and expertise in advocacy training for CSOs in restrictive societies





  • Maintain strong relationships with alumni and monitor participation in the alumni forums, webinars, and discussions 
  • Provide one-on-one consultation to alumni members as needed   
  • Provide high-quality, insightful support to CSO leaders in a way that assists them in planning and continuing their advocacy campaigns safely 
  • Co-facilitate and organize two-hour, bi-monthly webinars on topics affecting women in restrictive societies  
  • Coordinate with local and international guest speakers for alumni webinars   
  • Organize online forums bringing CSOs, activists, and governmental authorities together for discussions on networking and collaboration 
  • Coordinate with program staff to create, modify, and translate content for the alumni group on the program website 
  • Provide regular reports to EF on the outcomes of alumni group activities

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in education, social sciences, management, development, or a related area is required; 
  • Combination of education and years of experience is an acceptable substitute;  
  • Strong demonstrated experience and background in professional online or in-person training with keen attention to detail; 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing;
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, develop, and organize multiple programs and activities;
  • Extensive experience with developing a strategic plan, particularly toward practical social learning, networking, and inclusivity; 
  • Ideal candidates have relevant working experience and background information about the restrictive societies; 
  • Fluency in written and spoken Farsi/Dari is required.
