Map of Southcaucasus

Launched in 2007, Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) works in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia continuing the work of Eurasia Foundation, which has made over 1,700 grants in the region since 1994.

EPF’s grant-making priorities include support for civic participation and monitoring; philanthropy development; research and policy capacity building; private enterprise development; and cross-border cooperation in the region. EPF recognizes the importance of cooperative projects at the local and regional level in order to address complicated issues, such as facilitating loan programs for small businesses in Armenia, supporting consumer advocacy mechanisms in Azerbaijan, fighting corruption in local government in Georgia and promoting cross-border public dialogue through region-wide independent media and shared water rights.

In addition to EPF’s work in the South Caucasus, the Caucasus Research Resource Centers (CRRC)—founded by Eurasia Foundation and the Carnegie Corporation of New York—are committed to improving the quality of social science research throughout Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.

For more information, please visit the EPF web site or contact Tamuna Koberidze, regional communications officer in Tbilisi at 995-32-22-32-64.
