Mr. Beebe-Center has been President of Eurasia Foundation since 2006. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Vice President for Projects and Development. Under Mr. Beebe-Center's leadership, special projects such as the economic education and research program and the small business lending program were launched. Today, he sits on the board of Eurasia Foundation, Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) and Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia (EFCA). Mr. Beebe-Center joined Eurasia Foundation in 1993 and served as the first field officer, establishing its first field offices and running the Moscow regional office for two years. Prior to joining Eurasia Foundation, Mr. Beebe-Center worked for several years on US-Soviet projects ranging from intergovernmental technical exchanges to commercial joint ventures. Mr. Beebe-Center holds a bachelor's degree in Soviet Studies from Brown University and a master's degree in Russian Studies from Harvard University.
