The Ukraine CSR Bulletin is a weekly electronic newsletter that delivers information on corporate social responsibility (CSR) events and accomplishments to more than 4,000 subscribers in Ukrainian, English and Russian.
The bulletin’s website, www.csrukraine.org.ua, has become the most visited CSR website in Ukraine, according to Google and other search engines. EEF thanks the bulletin's general sponsor, Norwegian telecommunications company Telenor, along with its subscribers and the more than 150 companies and NGOs that have contributed information to the bulletin. New Eurasia Foundation to Close Russian Far East Affiliate Office On October 1st, Moscow-based New Eurasia Foundation (FNE) will close its affiliate office in Vladivostok. FNE’s strategy is to build the capacity of local organizations and form a strong network of partners to implement its social projects. Since officially becoming part of FNE in 2005, the Vladivostok office has put in place this network and thus has served its primary and most important purpose. FNE regards the local organizations as some of its most capable partners for implementing joint projects in the Far East and plans to continue and expand its activities in the region. More...

EFCA Helps Kazakhstani Orphans Study at Leading Universities
Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia (EFCA) and the Yerzhan Tatishev Foundation have provided scholarships covering tuition and living expenses to six orphans from five regions of Kazakhstan to study at leading universities in the country.
