Inaugural Class of Maynes Fellows Named

After an extensive search, Eurasia Foundation has named the inaugural class of Bill Maynes Fellows: Anna Koshman (left), executive director of the Russian Alliance of Independent Regional Publishers (AIRP) in Moscow, Russia and Ekaterine Siradze-Delaunay (right), executive director of the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) in Tbilisi, Georgia.

The Bill Maynes Fellowship honors the late president of Eurasia Foundation, Charles William “Bill” Maynes, and supports outstanding emerging leaders from the Eurasia region by inviting them to the U.S. to expand their skills and build professional networks. This year’s fellows will participate in intense, individually tailored programs that will introduce them to their U.S. counterparts and offer them specialized training and practical experience in their field of interests.
