On Wednesday, June 27, Eurasia Foundation, together with the National Endowment for Democracy and the Moldova Foundation, will host The June 2007 Local Elections: Did Moldova Pass the Test? The event features members of the Civic Coalition for Free and Fair Elections (Coalition 2007), US government officials and outside experts to discuss the election results, seen by many observers as a crucial test of Moldova’s commitment to democracy.
