EFCA Trains Kyrgyz Labor Migrants to Become Certified Specialists
Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia (EFCA) has developed three short-term technical courses to train Kyrgyz labor migrants to become certified specialists. In June, the first 12 graduates of vocational professional schools #7 and #70 in Kyzyl-Kiya received internationally recognized certificates as turners and milling machine operators after successfully completing these courses.
