Eurasia Foundation first opened a representative office in Yerevan, Armenia in 1995.

Eurasia Foundation began its program with Azerbaijan in 1994. Three years later, in 1997, the Foundation opened a representative office in Baku.

Eurasia Foundation began its program with Belarus in 1993.

Eurasia Foundation began its program with Georgia in 1993. The following year, in 1994, the Foundation opened a representative office in Tbilisi.

Eurasia Foundation opened a representative office in Almaty, Kazakhstan in 1999, although has had active programs throughout the country since 1994.

Eurasia Foundation first opened a representative office in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, in 1999. In 2001, Eurasia Foundation opened AKI-Press, the first independent media outlet in southern Kyrgyzstan.

Eurasia Foundation began its program with Moldova in 1993. Since that time, the Foundation has invested more than $4 million of programs with Moldova.

Eurasia Foundation opened its first representative office in Moscow, Russia in 1993. Between 1993 and 2004, the Foundation invested $60 million of programs with Russia.

Eurasia Foundation first opened a representative office in Dushanbe, Tajikistan in 1996.

Eurasia Foundation opened its representative office in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan in 1996.

Eurasia Foundation opened its representative office in Kyiv, Ukraine in 1993. The Foundation has invested more than $44 million in grants, loans and technical assistance.

Eurasia Foundation began its program with Uzbekistan in 1993. A year later, the Foundation opened its representative office in Tashkent.
