Dr. Ingram is Vice President and Executive Director of the Education Policy and Data Center at the Academy for Educational Development.
Before becoming a member of the board of trustees of the Eurasia Foundation in 2006, he was Executive Director of the Basic Education Coalition and Deputy Assistant Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development.
