Summary

Eurasia Foundation (EF), a US-based international development organization promoting civic engagement through online networks, is accepting applications for Program Intern. The Program Intern will provide administrative support for team. The Program Intern will collaborate with program team to write progress reports, design and create content, and conduct research and surveys.  

Duties

  • Support communication with network members online
  • Conduct research and assist in developing content for online events/activities, such as social media campaigns, workshops, guest speaker series
  • Provide administrative support to the program team, including preparing excel sheets on program’s progress, monitoring progress of online courses/workshops and following up with the course attendees 
  • Assist in organizing and conducting blogging competitions
  • Assist with the preparation of program reports 
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in international development or related field 
  • Strong knowledge of and interest particularly in the areas of community engagement, civic education, online education 
  • Strong communication, research and writing skills 
  • Strong analytical thinking and report writing skills 
  • Exceptional planning and organization skills
  • Computer proficiency and experience using MS Office required 
  • Familiarity with social media tools, blogging and content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal and Moodle 
  • Experience with graphic design is preferred 
  • Fluency in Uzbek and English is required
